Services

All sessions are customized for the best massage experience.

We offer 30 minutes, 60 minutes and 90 minutes massages. Hands-on bodywork using various techniques. Rates vary per therapist.

All massages start with a client/therapist intake where the client has the opportunity to discuss their unique needs. At this time the client may be able to communicate any problem areas. The therapist will discuss treatment options including any modalities/techniques that may be used. Those modalities might include, injury protocols, sports massage/stretching, trigger point therapy aka "knots'', reflexology, deep tissue, Swedish, Thai, structural, and myofascial release.

Let us explain how we customize your session

We do not have different sessions for “Swedish” vs “Sports” massage styles. After completing the Initial Visit, however, we do allow you to decide between “Deep Tissue” or “Medium Tissue.” Pressure is relative anyway so we will ask for feedback and determine your pressure preference as we go. Deep Tissue – doesn’t always mean deep pressure. Sometimes it means we utilize techniques that allow us to access and release the deeper and more stubborn layers of tissue.

Our therapists provide varying depths of pressure and are all trained in a multitude of techniques such as:

  • working with how the brain communicates with your muscles

  • specific techniques for sports injuries as well as benefiting pre- and post-event times of your athletic journey

  • working with the connection of muscles and fascia, the tissue which connects each cell, tissue, and organ of your body

  • systematically releasing the stuck “knots” in your tissue which can cause widespread pain – this is more than just pushing on the knots!

  • working with the psycho-somatic aspect of your body, emotions, and energetic trauma. Each therapist has skills in different modalities, from CranioSacral, Acupressure (no needles), Reflexology, Reiki, Shiastu, and more.

  • Prenatal and Postpartum Massage Working with the pregnant and new Mama’s body, and the many changes it endures. Note, Pregnant clients will not receive Cupping if they have not had regular Cupping prior to becoming pregnant.

  • Suction from cupping draws fluid into the treated area. This suction force expands creating negative pressure. It creates space for your blood, chi, and lymph fluid to move freely where otherwise might have been restricted by tight muscles and or fascia. Your body treats the cupping area like an injury. It sends more blood to the area to stimulate the natural healing process. Cupping can clear the pores and release toxins.

  • Lymphatic drainage is a lighter touch modality that cleans the body on a cellular level, improving the immune system, allowing the body to release water retention (think inches lost) clearing the throat and sinuses (bye-bye congestion and allergy symptoms) also preventing chronic infection and disease. Great for flu season! Helps with chronic disease symptoms (diabetes, MS, RA, arthritis, Lupus Fibromyalgia) Say goodbye to inflammation. (Lymphatic drainage can be booked as its own service or incorporated into a massage therapy session.

  • We offer 2 spa packages that include multiple services (massage, body scrub, paraffin bath, aromatherapy, cupping).

  • Aromatherapy , exfoliating body scrub, paraffin treatment, hot stones, and cupping therapy are offered.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation policy is strictly enforced. We require 24 hours’ notice in order to avoid a late cancellation fee. We do our best to help you avoid that fee by reminding you through email and text messages. If less than 24 hours is given the fee will be half of the service that was scheduled. If a client simply chooses not to show up to their appointment and doesn’t choose to call even 5 minutes prior to the appointment the entire service will still be charged.

Please understand our goal is to help our clients improve their lives and we want to help as many people as we can. Last-minute cancellation is not only income lost but a spot taken from someone who would have benefited from receiving treatment.

Thank you for understanding.
